flat bread
this is my super life save bread, doesn't require any effort, no techniques nor complicated ingredients and can be used in so many ways. all you need to do stay away from anything greasy while making it to allow it to Buff while cooking, other than that i just love how it buffs up every time i put it on the pan, then i make sandwiches with it such as shawrma or falafel, or i simply cut it into triangles to place them aside with dippings.

basic dough
a perfect dough that remains soft after baking has been a nightmare for me, i tried soooo many recipes, different ingredients and even different baking ways, i kept failing in getting the result i was wishing for, a soft dough i can fill with anything and stays soft !! anyways, finally i found it, i have to say the Yogurt in this dough works like magic, adding BP does the job too beside the yeast, so i just fill it with what so ever i have in hand and shape it as i desire for the occasion, tuna, spinach or even feta cheese will do fine. its my basic dough!

sunflower seeds bread
this bread surprised me to be honest, i have never used a different type other than the white flour to bake, but this sunflower dark flour made the bread super moist. i must say ( despite my addiction to breads) but kneading the dough is a stress relief method for me, just give it a try and you'll be happy with result coz the more you knead the dough the more the gluten develops and the better your bread will turn after baking.
